Jigging - Typical fish include Amber Jack, Jack Trevelli, Large Snapper and Grouper. Jigging big lures in deep water can be hard work but can be very rewarding. This is for the angler that likes hands on fishing. The experienced captains of Sashimi Fishing know the ledges and ship wrecks where these fish can be found. Average catches range from 20 pounds to over 100 pounds.
Trolling - Hawaii is famous for big game fish such as Tuna, Mahi-Mahi, Marlin and Ono. They are caught by trolling, towing lures then some time in the fighting chair for the experience of a lifetime. The captains and crew of Sashimi Fishing have years of experience and know the Hawaiian waters.
